Cookie Policy

1. No cookies are used on this site

akatur.com.tr does not place any cookies in your browser. No session cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies or advertising cookies are used.

For this reason, no cookie consent window is shown on the site either: there are no cookies for you to accept.

2. No third-party content

All pages are loaded only from akatur.com.tr. Fonts, images, style and code files are hosted on our own server. There is no embedded map, video player, social media component or advertising network on the site.

While displaying this site, your browser sends no requests to any other domain; third parties therefore cannot track you through this site.

The only exception is an action you start yourself: the “Get directions” link on the Contact page goes to Google Maps. Unless you click this link, no request is sent to Google; once you click it, Google’s own privacy policy applies.

3. No analytics tools are used

There is no Google Analytics or similar tracking tool on the site.

Visit statistics are generated from the hosting server’s own access logs. These logs are kept on the server side, place nothing in your browser and are limited to the hosting provider’s retention period.

4. No browser storage is used

The site does not use browser storage such as localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. The only JavaScript file on the site opens and closes the menu and displays the form result; it stores no data.

5. Reservation site (rezervasyon.akatur.com.tr)

The reservation site, opened through the "Events" link in the menu, runs at a separate address. Unlike the corporate site, it uses a single, technically necessary session cookie. The cookie is named AKHREZ.

This cookie has three functions:

• carrying the verification token that prevents misuse of the form;
• on the page that opens immediately after a request is submitted, showing the request summary only to the person who submitted it;
• maintaining the session of a Company employee who logs in to the management panel.

It is not used for visitor tracking, analytics, advertising or profiling.

Properties of the cookie:

• It is deleted when the browser is closed.
• It contains only a random session identifier; it carries no information such as a name or e-mail address.
• It is sent only over a secure connection (HTTPS).
• It cannot be read by scripts on the page.
• It is not sent with requests coming from other sites.

As it is necessary for the secure operation of the site, this cookie is not subject to consent. If it is blocked in the browser settings, the reservation form cannot be submitted.

The reservation site also has no advertising, analytics or social media cookies. While its pages are displayed, no requests are sent to any address other than rezervasyon.akatur.com.tr.

To prevent misuse, form submissions and panel login attempts are counted. For this, a hashed form of the IP address, created with a secret key, and the time are kept on the server and deleted within 48 hours at the latest. The IP address itself is not stored; this record is not a cookie.

6. Contact form

When you submit the form, your details are sent directly by e-mail. The content of the form is not stored on the site or the server and is not written to any file or database.

To prevent misuse, in order to limit the number of submissions from the same connection, a hashed form of your IP address, created with a secret key, and the submission time are kept temporarily on the server. This record contains no identity information, expires after one hour and is not a cookie.

7. Changes to this policy

If cookies or similar technologies need to be used on the site in the future, this page will be updated and, where required, your consent will be requested in advance.
